NPower DE Training Policies

Please arrive on time. Please leave enough time to be in the lab by the start of class. Students arriving more than 15 minutes late will be refused entry to class. You will be offered to retake the class for a $10.00 administrative fee.

Please check NPower DE Training Calendar for cancellations prior to date of class.

NPower will remove the class from the online schedule up to 24 hours before the class is due to run.  If you do not see your class listed please call (302) 256-5015 to reschedule.

PARKING

Please park in the Community Services Building Parking Garage, located at 111 W. 11th St. Wilmington, DE 19801.  Bring your blue ticket to the class; we will stamp your ticket and your parking will be free.

CLASS CANCELLATIONS AND WITHDRAWALS:

Class Cancellation:

NPower may cancel a class due to low enrollment or an emergency.

NPower's standard class withdrawal policy applies to your registration:

• If you withdraw from the class with at least 3 business days notice, you will not be charged.
• If you provide advance notice of less than 3 business days, you will be still be charged for the class you miss, but can retake the class on a space available basis for only a $10 administrative fee.
• If you are unable to provide advance notice at all, you will still be charged for the missed class, but can retake the class on a space available basis for a $20 administrative fee.

Withdrawal

In the event that you must withdraw from a class, we will not bill you only if you notify us at least 3 business days in advance. If you are unable to provide this notice, you can retake the class on a space available basis for a $10 administrative fee.

Inclement Weather

Class cancellations due to inclement weather will generally correspond with the closure of Philadelphia Public Schools. To confirm whether or not a class will be held, call us after 7:30 am on the day of your class for a voice-mail announcement.
