By leveraging our national scale, we can provide this enterprise level support tool at a third of the cost most support agencies charge.
Scheduled Support
NPower provides weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or quarterly onsite visits by a technician that is assigned to your account. The technician works to maintain the server, desktops and other network devices and also provides one on one assistance to users.
NPower On-Site
NPower provides dedicated staff at your organization that matches the amount of service that you need with the skill set(s) required. Our service help reduce your overhead by supplying multiple skill sets at a fixed monthly fee rather than paying a salary for one person who probably doesn’t have the skills to meet all of the technology needs in your organization.
Helpdesk
