NPowerDE continues to support Supporting Kidds
One of the organizations NPowerDE is currently supporting is Supporting Kidds, an organization that serves grieving children and their families.
Challenge
Supporting Kidds entrusted their technology to a for-profit vendor who did not take steps to ensure that backups were properly working. When their hard drive failed, the organization was paralyzed.
Solution
Supporting Kidds called on NPower Delaware for rescue. We transitioned Supporting Kidds to a fail-proof cloud-based backup system, ensuring that future backup failures were a thing of the past.
Impact
Cloud-based backups are saved remotely to a secure hosting facility. This allows Supporting Kidds to operate without on-site servers, saving them money. The solution also frees up local storage among a host of other benefits. It ensures that Supporting Kidds can operate without a hiccup and that their data is safe, come what may.
