Support Technician

Preferred Skills

Must have a passion for nonprofits, excellent customer service skills, excellent written and verbal skills.  The candidate must have Hands-on experience with Microsoft operating systems including Windows 9x, XP Professional and Vista Business.  Full understanding of MS Office 2003.2007 with emphasis on Outlook is a must.  Configuration of routers, firewalls and VPNs in various settings (DSL, wireless, T1) is required (training provided). 

Qualifications and Education Requirements

A+ Certification, MCP – desktop operating system, are a plus -  must have own transportation
