Paul Jaskot

Paul is the Deputy Practice Group Leader for Reed Smith's Corporate & Securities Group. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, securities, corporate governance, general corporate and financing matters. He is experienced in counseling a wide range of clients, from early-stage companies to well-established, publicly traded enterprises. He has worked closely with clients' senior management and other personnel in industries such as health care, insurance, media, banking, consumer products, information technology, telecommunications, transportation, chemicals, life sciences and energy.

Paul is currently Chair of NPower Pennsylvania.
